STORY OF LOVE AND ISOLATION

Gary, Tanya and Vlad

My name is Gary and I married the most beautiful Russian lady, Tanya,  last January. She is from Volgograd, a large city with much commerce and a great population. Here, is a small town in New Mexico, I relish the peace and quiet of a rural lifestyle while she anguishes over the loss of a metropolitan lifestyle. It is very difficult for her since her entire life revolved around having a wide circle of friends and relatives in a metropolitan environment. It is truly frustrating that the peace and quiet that I cherish so much is such a distraction and curse for her to live with in this quiet little town.

There are times when she becomes so despondent that nothing I say or do can relieve her anxiety over this issue. All I can do is suggest that she call her friends and family in Russia or make other phone calls to the women living in the U.S. who have also decided to marry American men and reside here in the United States.

I believe that the solution for families experiencing problems like we do - is to find each other and make friends. We are open to establish friendly contacts with every family in the same situation.
