If during your trip to Russia the spark between you
and your special woman from Russia has turned into flame,
it is time TO INVITE HER TO VISIT YOU

For the last years, traveling abroad has become easier for Russian people. Nowadays, many Russians go on business trips, travel as tourists, study and work abroad.
In case you have not make a decision to get married with this particular woman, she may obtain any of above mentioned visas, which is basically, a pretty simple procedure, and does not take much time nor money.
Please keep in mind, though, that if you are thinking about possible marriage with a lady from Russia, the INS may become aware that you have tried to sneak your Fiance into the country on tourist, business or other kind of visas. In case she gets caught, she will not only be deported from the country, but by new regulations she might lose her right to enter the country for a period up to ten years.

If you serious in your intention to get married and want to spend more time together before the final step, the best solution for both of you is to apply for FIANCEE VISA.

K-1 FIANCEE VISA to marry a foreign citizen . This visa is issued to those aliens (immigrants/foreigners) who are outside the country and wish to enter this country for the purpose of marriage to a Citizen of this country. The Consulate, or Embassy of the Foreign country normally issues this visa in the country where the alien resides.

DO YOU QUALIFY?

Applicants must have personally met within the last two years. If you and your Fiancee fell in love as pen pals, or have met and corresponded ONLY OVER THE INTERNET, your fiancee WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for a K-1 Visa to marry you in your country.
A Fiancee Visa is non-immigrant visa, allowing the lady to enter the  foreign country for  the purpose of marriage. For the United States (as well as for some other countries) the visa is only valid for 90 days, during which the marriage must occur. Upon entry to the country, the visa will be stamped by the Immigration Officer with the permission to work during validity of the visa. It is expected that the couple will be married within 90 day period.
Once married, the couple must file the application for adjustment of status with all necessary supporting documents. Applicants must be legally able to marry. If you or your Fiancee are in divorce, or annulment proceedings, these must be completed, and the documents to prove you are legally free to marry must be available.

SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY:
If the necessity to have met your fiance in person would violate strict and long established customs of you, or your fiance's foreign culture or religion practices.
If it can be established that the necessity to have met your alien fiance would result in extreme hardship for you
